8:00am - 4:00pm (Term time only) Active Recruitment are working with a state of the art primary school in Waltham Cross who are looking for Early Years Teaching Assistants to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. Responsibilities:
Provide care and support for toddlers and preschool-aged children Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment Teach foundational math and literacy skills Plan and organize activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development Monitor and assess the progress of each child Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment Qualifications:
Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of diverse learners Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
