Step Teachers are working alongside a school in Enfield to find a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term supply basis. This school strives to understand each individual and unlock every child’s potential, by delivering an outstanding and ambitious curriculum for all through forward-thinking pedagogical practice, excellent facilities and resources, and creative, passionate staff. Early Years Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities: Provide support to children within Early Years following the EYFS framework. Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development. Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members. Identify and address the additional support needs of students. Early Years Teaching Assistant - Requirements: Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school or private nursery. A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities. Minimum of 6 months' experience working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant. Why Step Teachers? Weekly pay is processed through PAYE.
