Early Years as a Teaching Assistant. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate lessons within the

framework to foster children's creativity, curiosity, and early learning. Create a stimulating and nurturing

Nursery

environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. Work closely with fellow practitioners and leadership to implement the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

curriculum. Promote and support children's social, emotional, and academic development within the

Early Years

setting. Maintain positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents to ensure a collaborative and caring

Nursery

environment. Follow all policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the

Early Years

setting. Key Requirements: Experience

working with children in

Early Years

or within a

Nursery

environment is essential. Level 3 Early Years Education and Care , or a similar relevant qualification In-depth knowledge of the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

and its application within the

Nursery . A creative and nurturing approach to teaching, with a focus on promoting the social, emotional, and academic growth of

Early Years
