This full-time, long-term role is perfect for someone passionate about shaping the early years of a child’s education. Application Requirements: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience working with children in an Early Years setting. • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare. • A passion for supporting the development and education of young children. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • A valid DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).

Key Responsibilities: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons. • Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning activities. • Providing 1:1 and small group support to children, including those with additional needs. • Monitoring and recording the progress of pupils and sharing observations with the teaching team. • Promoting a safe and stimulating environment for learning and play.
