Early Years Teaching Assistant - Streetly I am looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a minimum of 1 year's experience to work 1-1 or with small groups of children with a range of special educational needs. Ideally, this candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS and a passion for giving young children the best standards of care in a Primary School setting. Responsibilities:

Support and implement a well-structured curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Framework. Supervision of students on a 1:1 or small group basis. Provide additional learning support as identified. Engage, motivate, and encourage students to complete work set. Ensure all students are focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives. Support the class teacher to manage classroom behaviour. Provide feedback to the classroom teacher on students' progress and development. Help to create an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and fellow educators in the children's learning journey. Promote positive behaviour management techniques and establish clear boundaries. Requirements:

Level 3 TA qualification or a Level 6 Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Proven experience working with children within a primary school. Thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its application in planning, teaching, and assessment. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
