Early Years Teaching Assistant

Flourish Education are recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ one-form entry Primary school. The school is in the Darlaston area and are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who is extremely pro-active, hands on and can use their initiative. Responsibilities: Use your initiative to provide support to the Class Teacher and help prepare the classroom ahead of sessions. Safeguard all children. Assist with personal care. Take small groups. Required skills for this Early Years Teaching Assistant role: Level 2 or above relevant EYFS qualification. Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner / TA in EYFS. Ability to work in conjunction with the class teacher effectively. Ability to contribute to a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. Benefits: A competitive salary of up to £100.00 per day, equating to £19,550 based on working 5 days per week. The option of PAYE or Umbrella. Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates, accrued at 12.07% of your day rate. Pension Contributions. Free Safeguarding Level 1, Prevent and FGM training.
