Are you a Qualified Early Years Practitioner?

Are you passionate about working with young children? Are you able to adapt well to different settings and challenges?

Empowering Learning are looking for experienced Early Years Practitioners to work in Private Day Nurseries and Early Years Settings in Primary School settings within the Middlesbrough area. To be successful as an Early Years Practitioner you will be passionate about helping to shape young minds and work as a team to provide a high level of care and support to the children within the setting. You will feel confident working in different rooms with children of various ages.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will: Hold a minimum level 2 or above qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to apply for one Have previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar) Be able to build relationships with colleagues, children, and parents Have a passion for making learning fun and engaging Possess the ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults In return for the above, you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 Market leading rates of pay Flexibility in working hours CPD courses and certificates supported by Empowering Learning Referral scheme - Receive up to £150 when you refer a friend (Terms and Conditions apply) If you are enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about supporting children's education, we would love to hear from you.
