Early Years Team Leader Level 3 – Maybury Montessori The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to complete an Early Years Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship at Maybury Montessori as a Lead Practitioner/Deputy Manager. About Maybury Montessori: At Maybury Montessori we give you and your child as much time as you need to feel at home. Our nursery is designed to feel as much like home as possible for our children aged 6 months to 4 years. Our teachers are a dedicated team who are passionate about what they do, their main aim being to give each child confidence and a love of learning. Your roles and responsibilities will include: Lead and manage a room to provide a high-quality Montessori learning environment Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall running of the nursery, also providing cover when she is off Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding regulations Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Contribute to planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum Requirements: Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification GCSE’s A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills Must obtain a clear DBS Hours: Maybury Montessori is open between the hours of 08.00-18:00 Monday-Friday Working hours will be 40 hours per week over 4 days
