E, C and I Engineer

for its Gloucestershire EFW site. The strategically important E, C and I Engineer role comes with a salary up to £55,000 per year plus pension and performance related bonus. Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to the E,C and I Team Lead you will: Be the site expert for electrical assets and C&I systems. Hold a position of Senior Authorised Person (SAP) and be qualified to work on both LV and HV electrical systems. Lead and supervise a team of EC&I Technicians responsible for pre-planned and reactive maintenance work, including assisting with plant faults and rectifications. Manage all plant related computing and communications equipment including networks, DCS, PLC; ensuring correct operation, and modifications recorded. Maintain and manage the EC&I budget. Co-ordinate and plan maintenance activities including outages and shutdowns. Provide technical direction to operations and maintenance personnel and identify areas of improvement. Manage high value maintenance contracts. Direct and supervise on site contractors. Ensure HSE compliance at all times. Professional Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following: HNC or higher in a relevant qualification, i.e., electrical/electronic engineering. Knowledge and experience within electrical plant including HV. Experience working within the power generation sector. This can include EFW, CCGT, Biomass. Personal Skills
