Salt have exclusively partnered with a sustainable fashion brand based in East London. You will be reporting into the Head of Ecommerce who is ex-ASOS and a great person to be managed by as they have so much experience and knowledge to share. The ecommerce analyst role would be suitable for candidates that are analytics ecommerce executives who would like to focus more on the analytical part of their role. You will join a small but very talented and collaborative team who are passionate about sustainable fashion and investing in their employees' futures. This role will allow you to work with a variety of stakeholders within the business which will drive your career forward. The Role

Your analysis will inform recommendations influencing the customer experience, conversion rate, repeat rate, and future web developments. Produce reports, dashboards, data visualisations, and presentations which will provide actionable insights to the business. You will continually walk through the website and identify areas of improvement and troubleshoot GA4. You will closely work with the marketing team to understand the performance of their digital marketing and provide recommendations for all channels. Visually merchandise products on-site and support cross/up-selling on-site based on trading performance, marketing activity, and stock levels. Support trade activity planning through analysis of promotional activity and product performance, which inform your recommendations. Your Experience

I am looking to speak to candidates who have a background in ecommerce and are highly analytical. A strong understanding of GA4 is necessary for you to be successful in the role. You should also have a passion for uncovering the “so what” behind the data and your findings.
