Your Team

You'll be part of a medium-sized, collaborative, and supportive team that thrives in a fast-paced environment, focused on finding solutions. Our team plays a critical role in the business by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the website, making sure all products, campaigns, and promotional activities launch on time and align with the broader business strategy. You'll work closely with the Senior eCommerce Executives and Ecommerce Executive, but you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including teams from Buying, Merchandising, Content, and Marketing, building strong working relationships.

Your Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to join our London-based Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our website. As an organised and detail-oriented individual, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products, campaigns, and promotional activities are launched on time and align with the overall business strategy. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the smooth functioning of our online platform and delivering a seamless customer experience.

What you can bring

Ideally you would have had some form of exposure to Ecommerce or retail with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate as part of a team.

You will be able to show excellent organisational skills and be comfortable building relationships with a diverse range of colleagues across the business. We would also like to see working knowledge of Excel.
