eCommerce Assistant (Closed)

Talent Hub is working with a Brighton based eCommerce company which is growing their online brand. This new eCommerce Assistant vacancy is a pivotal role working as part of a small eCommerce team driving global sales in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities for this eCommerce Assistant role include: Ensure all launches are executed and merchandised within the marketing calendar. Work with online retailers to provide support on new product information, imagery and assets. Manage and deliver email campaigns using Klaviyo. Work with their web development agency to ensure website bugs are resolved and fixed. Report on and analyze website performance and identify new opportunities. Assist PR team in managing their blogger outreach to ensure online brand visibility. Research online trends, keeping the team informed of key insights. Website content management as well as varied department support when needed. What you will need for this eCommerce Assistant job: At least 2 years experience in an eCommerce role. Hands-on experience of using Shopify Plus. Email campaign management experience - ideally Klaviyo although this is not essential. Consumer goods focused background is ideal. A positive attitude and willingness to get involved with the team and support with ad hoc duties. Experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic eComms environment or a desire to.
