£35,000 - £45,000 Our client is currently looking for an eCommerce Executive to play a crucial role in developing, growing, and maintaining their e-commerce platform, predominantly on Amazon but other marketplaces too. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing sales growth strategies, managing day-to-day marketplace operations, and ensuring the overall health and performance of our Marketplace Accounts. Pension Plan 25 days holiday plus bank holidays On-Site parking Schedule Monday to Friday Responsibilities Create compelling, high-quality content to showcase products effectively on all our marketplace platforms. Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth through keywords and marketing campaigns. Implement marketplace strategy, management, forecasts, and results analysis, with a focus on customer metrics and overall account health. Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance tracking. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales on Amazon/Ebay platforms and other marketplaces. Analyse marketing channels and site performance metrics, providing insights for critical decision-making. Optimise marketplace copy and metadata to maximize search engine traffic. Conduct SEO efforts, including keyword research, site audits, page and site level optimization, link building, and competitive assessment. Skills & Requirements Passion for e-commerce with a strong desire to learn and grow. Experience in Amazon e-commerce marketplace (experience with other marketplaces is a plus). Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers within marketplaces. Understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems. Strong understanding of e-commerce customers, channels, and the ability to manage within their expectations. Proactive, well-organized, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to think on your feet with a can-do attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High computer literacy and the ability to learn new software. Proven work ethic. Sales analysis. High Computer literacy. Organisational skills.
