We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager who will use their expertise to elevate and scale our brands. As our E-commerce Manager, you will oversee our online sales channels and drive the growth of our e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimise our Shopify, Amazon & TikTok stores, improving the customers' shopping experience at every touch point, managing the website design process, focusing on intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for desktop, mobile, and tablet devices ensuring optimal performance, successful product launches, accurate listings, effective inventory management, and site merchandising. This role requires a deep understanding of horse riders, dog owners, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer behaviour in the online space. You will be working alongside our founder and CEO to enhance the customer experience and champion technological innovation. You will be highly data-driven, strategic, and operational, balancing sales goals with a focus on customer satisfaction, website performance, and brand alignment. You will have a proven track record in and be able to effectively demonstrate: E-commerce and marketplace strategy and management. Operational Oversight Web content and updates UX experience and web optimisation Acquisition and Retention strategy and implementation Analytics and Reporting Digital Marketing You will also have: A passion for horses, a love of dogs, and enjoy life outdoors. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or in a similar role, preferably with a premium brand that has a strong online presence. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing techniques. Proficiency in Shopify and CMS tools. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
