We are working with a leading business in the e-commerce space to find an

E-Commerce Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in driving online sales and optimising digital operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee online promotional and sales activity to drive growth. Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align strategies with trade plans. Manage product listings across new and existing platforms. Analyse pricing and profitability, addressing queries and approving invoices. Generate and maintain detailed sales reports to inform decision-making. Provide expert advice on achieving success in the e-commerce space. Regularly communicate progress and results through reporting and review meetings. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce role, with exposure to both direct-to-consumer and third-party platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience managing financial data and generating reports. Proven track record of managing client accounts and meeting key performance indicators. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and solutions to senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint for impactful reporting and presentations. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
