Neon Search is partnered exclusively with a rapidly growing brand revolutionizing wellness. As they scale, they are looking for a strategic, data-driven Ecommerce Manager to join their team.

We’re seeking a Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of online sales performance, delivering commercial success across all digital platforms. This role will focus on optimising conversion rates, maximizing revenue, and driving traffic through data insights, strategic planning, and customer-focused tactics. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a keen understanding of eCommerce retail, and is experienced in developing and executing online trading strategies that resonate with wellness-oriented audiences.


Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise their eCommerce performance to meet revenue, margin, and conversion targets. Develop and implement trading strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns in line with marketing objectives and customer behaviour trends. Oversee online merchandising to ensure optimal product presentation, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Work with the UX and design teams to enhance the customer journey, with a focus on improving site navigation, product search, and checkout processes to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and timely fulfilment. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, platforms, and agencies.
  • Regularly analyse competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in a competitive wellness market. Identify potential new revenue streams and innovative opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an eCommerce Trading Manager, ideally within retail or wellness brands
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving sales performance and improving online conversion rates.
  • Expertise in eCommerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and trading optimization techniques
  • Excellent understanding of customer experience, digital marketing, and online merchandising
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
