E-Commerce Trading Manager . This is a full-time, office-based position located in

E-Commerce Trading Manager

will play a key role in driving online performance, managing our B2C Shopify channel, and optimising marketplace presence to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of analytical skills, digital expertise, and creative flair to ensure a seamless, profitable customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce trading strategies to deliver significant sales growth across key territories, including the UK, EU, and US. Manage product listings, pricing, and merchandising practices on Shopify and marketplaces (e.g., eBay) to drive reach, conversion, and profitability. Oversee website health and performance, utilising tools like

GA4

and

Hotjar

to analyse traffic, customer behaviour, and the customer journey, translating data into actionable insights. Create engaging, SEO-optimised content including product descriptions, A+ copy, and marketing material to drive traffic and sales. Lead on-site promotional activity across all regions, developing and maintaining a marketing calendar in collaboration with the wider marketing team. Monitor and maintain marketplace KPIs, ensuring adherence to account health requirements. Identify opportunities for product launches, promotional campaigns, and cost-saving initiatives through competitor analysis and market research. Generate detailed reports to communicate progress, sales performance, and insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of site updates, changes, and projects. What are we looking for? Proven experience in a similar

role, with a track record of driving sales growth and online performance. Expertise in managing Shopify platforms, including themes, product listings, and pricing strategies. Strong analytical skills with experience utilising tools like

to gain actionable customer insights. Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities, with a strong understanding of

SEO

best practices. Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), PPC advertising, and keyword research (desirable). Digitally savvy with proficiency in

Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, and an understanding of EDI and API processes. Knowledge of basic

HTML/CSS coding
