This multifaceted role is perfect for someone who thrives in a standalone position while leading initiatives e-commerce channels.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform and implement site optimisation strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. Your analytical skills will be key as you dive into data to extract actionable insights and improve online sales performance.

You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal turnover while effectively handling dead stock, and work closely with the warehouse team to streamline order fulfillment and stock management processes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in e-commerce management, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, along with a strong background in site optimization and inventory management.

Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is essential. You should possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills, along with the ability to work independently while leading diverse teams.
