Minimum of 4 years of work experience in an e-commerce/affiliate marketing role. Confident in managing affiliate platforms such as AWIN, Skimlinks, Impact. Innovative and analytical thinking. Complete understanding of commerce conversion funnel. Proven track record of executing digital commerce communication plans. Ability to dig into sales data to identify trends and insights that can be used to optimise performance of our cross-channel marketing plans. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Good team player mentality with a proactive attitude. Creative, independent thinker with a keen eye for detail. Compensation for this business unit specific role is based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, as well as business & company performance.
