Day to Day Duties

  • Oversee daily eCommerce warehouse operations (receiving, storing, inventory, dispatch)
  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of B2C orders per SLAs
  • Run inventory checks between ERP and WMS for accuracy
  • Manage inventory levels, stock transfers, and space utilization
  • Monitor and resolve order processing/delivery issues; support customer inquiries
  • Plan and execute manual repack/rework jobs with warehouse team
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor ERP alerts and address operational errors
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report discrepancies to management
  • Generate reports on operations (order volumes, fulfilment, inventory)
  • Collaborate with teams to align operations with business objectives

Essential Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, eCommerce, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in eCommerce operations or warehouse management
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and order management systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eCommerce software
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and integration with eCommerce operations
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
