We are united by a common goal - to reimagine the future of beauty. The Opportunity Sephora UK is seeking an eCommerce Optimisation Specialist to join our innovative Marketing & eCommerce Team. This dynamic role is pivotal in delivering our optimisation and personalisation strategies to drive performance, enhance customer experience, and unlock the full potential of our omni-channel presence. As an integral part of the team, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners and cutting-edge tools like Dynamic Yield to identify, implement, and measure impactful initiatives. Your contributions will be critical in shaping a personalised and premium customer journey while improving key KPIs such as conversion rate and site performance. You Will Also Be Responsible For: Delivering Optimisation & Personalisation Initiatives:

Lead A/B testing campaigns, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement impactful changes using Dynamic Yield and other tools. Collaborate with UX, BI&A, and CRM teams to ensure seamless execution. Enhancing Customer Experience:

Support premiumisation efforts by optimizing CMS templates, briefing new features, and ensuring mobile and desktop journeys meet customer expectations. Driving Performance Improvements:

Use analytics tools like Quantum Metric and Google Analytics to uncover optimisation opportunities, monitor test performance, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaborating Across Teams:

Work cross-functionally with UX, Tech, and Analytics teams to prioritize and execute projects while fostering a culture of testing and personalisation. Stakeholder Management:

Act as a key liaison with Dynamic Yield and other partners, maintaining strong relationships to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends. What You'll Bring: We're seeking a motivated, technically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll bring a passion for eCommerce, a deep understanding of personalisation and optimisation, and the ability to drive meaningful results. Our ideal candidate will also possess: 2-3 years of eCommerce experience, with expertise in optimisation and personalisation. Technical proficiency, including experience with HTML, QA processes, and content management systems. Strong analytical skills with experience in eCommerce analytics tools and the ability to extract actionable insights. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Commercial and results-driven mindset with a focus on profitability and performance. Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively. A supportive team-oriented attitude with self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
