About the role We are looking for a junior to mid-level e-commerce Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, strong project management skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. You’ll be working alongside an experienced team of 8 designers and developers, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of online retail projects. You’ll act as a bridge between our clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of e-commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple e-commerce projects simultaneously, from inception to completion Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans and also collaborate with the internal design and development teams Oversee the entire project lifecycle including onboarding, scoping, design, development and launch Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, acting as the primary point of contact Utilise project management tools to track progress, allocate resources and manage timelines Skills & Experience Proven experience in e-commerce project management, preferably with the Shopify platform Strong understanding of e-commerce processes from onboarding to scoping and implementation Proficiency in project management and best practices Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Slack and Notion (these are the three key tools you will be using) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively Good problem solver with decision making abilities Ideally someone who appreciates good design and a high level of design execution What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience 28 days holiday per year (to include bank holidays) with a whole company closure over the festive season Remote work opportunities with occasional travel for on-site meetings in the UK (often London) Chance to work on diverse e-commerce projects with some great high-profile brands A supportive, learning-focused environment with room for growth Small team with the opportunity to progress Discounts—we work with some great clients that occasionally give us discounts If you're passionate about e-commerce, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at managing projects and people, we want to hear from you.
