As an Ecommerce Marketplace Executive at Teemill Tech, you'll drive our growth by assisting in creating exciting new brands and taking our existing brands onto global marketplaces. While helping achieve growth objectives and pioneering sustainable change on a global scale. Responsibilities

Build products on the Teemill platform and marketplaces, adhering to best practice SEO & policy. Manage and optimise product listings across Teemill and various third-party ecommerce platforms. Assisting in building and maintaining ecommerce stores. Ensuring that the presentation of stores is of high-quality, correlates with brand guidelines and incorporates merchandising best practices to deliver a high conversion rate. Monitor marketplace metrics (sales, conversion rates, ad performance) and develop strategies to drive growth. Recommend actionable strategies based on insights from sales data, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Stay updated with marketplace, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage. Work closely with the SEO & Ads teams to align broader SEO strategies with marketplace and multi-platform promotions. Analyse and optimise product feeds and external product catalogues, making informed as well as seasonal adjustments to stay competitive. Compose design briefs and work alongside the graphics department to produce exciting new products and ensure deadlines are met. Build and maintain a strong relationship with account managers, internal teams, clients, and other partners. Ensure quality standards are met and assist the team with day-to-day work. Qualifications

5 GCSE’s grade A*-C/9-4 including English and Math's Clear communication and negotiation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sustainability. Proficiency with Adobe software and other design tools is a bonus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and juggle multiple priorities. Experience

Experience in a similar role is a plus, but we welcome individuals at all levels, from fresh faces to seasoned pros. Experience in a target-driven or competitive environment is beneficial. A solid grasp of sales principles and customer service know-how.
