We're looking for an Ecommerce Trading Executive to join our Ecommerce team. At Virgin Experience Days, our Ecommerce department is dedicated to delivering an exceptional online platform that empowers customers to effortlessly explore and acquire extraordinary experience days. What you'll need:

Experience working within ecommerce trading Strong analytical and questioning mindset Ability to interpret data and create actions based on findings Proactive and problem-solving attitude Excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach and ability to multitask Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to maintain a network of relationships Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new skills quickly Experience of data platforms including GA4, Data Studio, Excel and PBI

You’ll be the Trading Manager’s right hand, helping to drive the UK & US Ecommerce strategy to new heights. You’ll dig into daily, weekly, and monthly performance data, spotting trends and unlocking growth opportunities across our sites. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure insights are executed and our customers’ experience is flawless, from browsing to buying!

As a product guru, you’ll recommend the latest and greatest gift ideas to the marketing team for email and social content, while collaborating closely with teams across the business to make every campaign a hit.

We need you to help us:

Drive Ecommerce Growth:

You’ll support the Trading Manager with strategic actions to boost sales and performance on our UK & US websites, analysing key metrics to spot trends and unlock growth potential. Enhance User Experience: Execute insights, test site experiences, and conduct regular QA checks to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate for Success:

Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams to recommend top products and drive powerful, data-backed campaigns across social, email, and on-site content.

Role Responsibilities:

Supporting the Trading Manager in the execution of the UK & US ecommerce trading strategy Producing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to help deliver growth for our UK & US websites Monitor performance & trends across UK & US websites through analysing data identifying reasons for performance and key opportunities. Reporting on key KPIs including Conversion, Revenue, AOV, Sessions, Bounce Rate etc Thorough understanding of product performance and actions on the back of trade updates to improve CVR & product views Advise and recommend products or categories to the marketing team for planned emails and social content Execute insights as required onsite and perform user experience checks on the website to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience for customers Complete regular QA checks to ensure a flawless online experience for our customers Optimise search performance reporting on search KPIs, through monitoring key search term results both internally and externally Develop strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the office, especially Ecommerce, Marketing and Partnership Teams
