We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Trading & Marketing Manager to join Rebecca Udall, a newly created in-house role (currently, the responsibilities are sat with the Founder and a freelancer). We have experienced consistent strong growth and are looking for someone to join our friendly, ambitious and creative team in the next stage of growth. Rebecca Udall is a digitally-native luxury homeware brand specialising in fine linens and artisan homeware, shipping internationally with a loyal customer base. Being an independent and fast-growing business, the successful candidate will be someone who takes a hands-on approach to manage and lead their team as well as enjoying a dynamic, entrepreneurial and creative environment with the ability to make decisions and implement them quickly. The role will be office based at our newly decorated, on-brand Head Office in Malton. A full time role, however for the right candidate we can consider a part-time role minimum 24 hours a week with a reduced job specification. Reporting in to the Founder, the role will have strong progression opportunities and autonomy. You will lead the internal digital and brand team of three colleagues, additional supported by two very experienced freelancer Brand & Digital Marketing Leads and eCommerce agency. Role Summary

You will have full accountability for driving digital sales through commercial strategic planning. You will be responsible for the development and execution of campaign, brand and promotional strategies, leading the digital marketing and brand content team to drive initiatives and actions to improve conversion rates and other sales and customer KPIs. You will also lead the continual improvement of the on-site experience for customers, liaising with an agency to implement, to meet exceptional standards. Responsibilities:

Content Management: oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the website, ensuring its efficiency and functionality on Shopify. Product Management: oversee best practice from the team for uploaded SKUs onto Shopify, including building product pages, formatting descriptions, and supervising imagery for consistency and quality. Acquisition Channel Analysis and Strategy Development: analyse the performance of acquisition channels and devise innovative strategies to enhance acquisition, retention and improve overall brand presence. Collaboration with Developers for Website Enhancement: collaborate closely with developers to enhance website speed, functionality and user experience, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance. Digital Roadmap Management: ensure timely and on-budget completion of all development tasks aligned with the digital roadmap. Maximise Website Performance: utilise analytics data to optimise website performance metrics including traffic, revenue, conversion rates, order value and product performance to maximise commercial outcomes. Revenue improvement and analysis of insights: drive actionable insights and measurable improvements in revenue, orders, average order value (AOV), and conversion rates. Lead the team to achieve and improve KPIs. Reporting of weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and actions to ensure sales and targets are met. Lead the delivery and reporting of all on-site promotions, content activity & ad activity. Define and manage (longer-term) trading strategy considering onsite design and functionality improvements (contributing to product development and UX roadmaps) by analysing user behaviour utilising various analytics tools including Google Analytics to identify optimisation opportunities and refine website design and functionality. Work with brand marketing to ensure assets are commercial and use tooling to report back on asset performance. Manage and lead a small team of direct reports to ensure all digital marketing deadlines are met and there is consistency across all channels such as email marketing, website homepage, social media and so forth. Keep up to date with latest developments in eCommerce to improve KPIs. Strong understanding of all areas of digital marketing including paid media, SEO, Google analytics, as well as software such as Shopify, SEM rush and similar. Minimum Requirements:

Minimum five years experience in eCom marketing. Strong understanding of luxury retail & its consumer. Experience in team management and development. About you
