Consulting Skills: Manage internal and external resources to deliver high-quality, insightful, and timely advice. Exhibit strong project management, communication, and client-handling skills. Support career development, well-being, and mentoring of team members. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the company's growth. Understand client needs and pursue profitable opportunities in alignment with company values. Take leadership roles within projects and uphold high standards of client and project management. Developing Self and Others: Inspire, motivate, and support the development of colleagues and oneself. Act as a role model and fulfill responsibilities in mentoring and career development processes. Internal Leadership: Promote company's values through sound financial management, internal collaboration, and fun, engaging workplace initiatives. Own and communicate firm policies and processes clearly. Evident proficiency and experience in competition-related project work. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, backed by a track record of supporting others and thriving in collaborative environments. Proficiency in thought leadership, as well as strong capabilities in client and project management. Excellent communication skills; both verbally and in writing, able to adapt to different audiences/styles. Great organizational skills – able to organize a varied workload, prioritize effectively and keep stakeholders updated as appropriate. Good relationship building skills – keen to get to know people from across the Firm, attend meetings and occasionally travel to other offices. Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish (C1/C2 level). Prior economic consulting experience in competition economics. Qualifications: A degree (or higher) in economics or a highly quantitative discipline. Ability to apply microeconomic tools to policy and business issues. Capability to communicate complex economic concepts in non-technical language. Seniority level
