Economic forecasting; model specification and estimation Evaluate macroeconomic and microeconomic trends that have a direct/indirect effect on the construction industry Prepare written reports and presentations to senior management and key clients Development, analysis and maintenance of corporate datasets and reports Working with economic case/appraisal analysis and techniques applying methodologies set out in the Green Book. Supporting the development of new data-driven services, solutions, and products Opportunity to author content that is regularly published in a variety of trade media outlets and construction-related publications. You will be working in an advisory capacity, potentially leading economic commissions on some of the most significant projects and programmes across the UK and Ireland (HS2, Metrolink etc.), for leading clients. Skills and Experience
