Managing intricate deal frameworks, developing and interpreting data for a secure and specialized analysis system. Assist in creating strategic responses for emerging challenges, and support policy and program development from an economic perspective. Document and formalize best practices to foster organizational knowledge sharing, contributing to the success of future analyses. Lead financial evaluations and conduct due diligence on investment projects, specifically in the LNG and Upstream areas, offering critical insights throughout the deal-making process. Provide specialized knowledge to solve complex financial modeling and economic analysis challenges. Assess financial models related to LNG and Upstream opportunities, identify potential issues, and propose solutions. Perform sensitivity analyses to clarify value drivers, providing a detailed breakdown for leadership. Conduct variance reviews of economic forecasts and key technical factors, ensuring functional team alignment. Assist in preparing materials to advance deals through stage gates, aligning with leadership standards. Help design and enforce economic analysis policies to resolve potential issues, monitoring to confirm effectiveness. Ensure that all corporate standards and processes are integrated into project progression, from capital evaluations to business environment assessments. Guide and support the development of junior analysts, sharing insights and direction to build team expertise. Education/Experience

A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business is required, with preference for candidates who have an advanced degree in business or economics. Candidates should have a track record of career advancement with at least 15 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, ideally in investment banking or within major corporations in petrochemical or energy sectors. Knowledge in economic evaluation, cash flow and variance analysis, structured finance, project finance, and financial modeling is essential. Skills in stochastic risk analysis and Excel modeling are a plus. Candidates must have the ability to establish credibility and work effectively with all levels of management. Leadership and management experience is required, with communication skills in English. The role demands a capacity for networking within and across organizational structures. Ability to work in a matrixed organization and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is preferred. Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
