To be considered for the position you will need the following: Experience supporting children to make progress in their learning DBS on the update service, or willing to gain one through Castle Education Ability to be flexible and adaptable Previous classroom experience Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum A love of children and learning Ability to inspire, innovate, and nurture children Excellent behaviour management skills
