Job Description: We are seeking a visionary Editor in Chief to lead our crypto website evergreen department. This executive role will define our publication's voice, drive editorial excellence, and expand our market position in the cryptocurrency media landscape. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with deep industry expertise to shape the future of our publication. Core Tasks:

Define and drive the overall editorial vision and content strategy for our crypto website. Lead the entire editorial department, including content, SEO, and specialized writers, being responsible for all editorial evergreen content that goes live. Establish editorial standards, style guides, and quality control processes. Oversee strategic expansion of content portfolio across informational, commercial, and thought leadership pieces. Direct market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities. Set and maintain editorial policies for SEO optimization and content quality. Make data-driven strategic decisions using analytics to guide editorial direction. Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and represent the publication externally. Shape the publication's voice and position in the crypto/web3/blockchain space. Hold final editorial oversight for all published content. Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience working with crypto/web3/blockchain/finance content. Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Strategic vision and ability to position a publication in the competitive crypto media landscape. Strong SEO expertise, including the ability to optimize content for search engines effectively. Proficiency with analytics and research tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and others. Experience in content strategy development and implementation. Proven team management experience, specifically in leading content or SEO writing teams. Familiarity with WordPress CMS is a benefit. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Nice to Have Requirements:

Experience working in a fast-paced digital media or performance marketing environment. Experience with content localization strategies.
