We use cultural understanding to go deep in community and build powerful insights for brands facing a rapidly changing world. We bring a start-up mentality to everything we do, along with social expertise and the backing of the world's largest social media agency, We Are Social.
The company launched in Italy in 2019 and in the UK in 2021. We work with brands including TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon Prime Video, EA, Supercell, Zalando, Zurich Insurance, Disney, Kinder and more.

The Opportunity Are you across the latest social trends? Are you looking for a hands-on creative role, which combines design skills with social media content production? Do you want to be part of a fast-growing social agency with the backing of an iconic global creative agency? We are looking for a Creative & Editorial Lead. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the creative and editorial output of Hello. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our work stands out in the industry and delivers for our clients. You’ll also help define and grow Hello’s creative vision and editorial capabilities, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of social-first creativity. What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere Creative Leadership Led and elevated the creative output of a team, ensuring the highest standards across projects. Provided hands-on creative direction and mentorship to teams, helping them unlock innovative ideas and solutions. Overseen the creative execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategies. Identified opportunities to push boundaries, embrace emerging trends, and elevate an agency's creative reputation in the industry. New Business Excellence Led creative responses for small/medium-sized new business pitches, ensuring that proposals were bold, innovative, and strategically aligned. Collaborated with senior teams to develop pitch-winning ideas that inspire clients. Creative & Editorial Growth Developed and grew creative and/or editorial teams, building a network of top talent and nurturing existing team members. Helped in driving the creative vision for an agency, ensuring content is engaging, strategically aligned, and consistently high-quality. Created processes that improve collaboration across a team. What Else Are We Looking For? Experience establishing yourself as the go-to person on the account. Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables. Being solutions-driven and confident in vocalising them. Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above you or to require unnecessary input from colleagues.
