We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EDMS Configuration Specialist to join the team at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust as part of the Maternity EPR Deployment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing transition to a fully digitised system, ensuring that our maternity services are equipped with the right resources to support both staff and patients effectively. If you have experience in managing digital systems and are ready to make an impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

Work on the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance of the EDMS system to meet operational and clinical needs. Collaborate with the EPR Configuration Team to ensure business continuity across both systems and maintain accurate continuity reports. Provide expert support to clinical and operational teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise during the go-live and optimisation phases. Offer guidance and training to staff on the use of the EDMS, ensuring that the transition is smooth and staff are confident in using the system. Ensure that all documentation within the EDMS is retrievable, structured correctly, and adheres to Trust standards. Identify areas for improvement, design new processes, and contribute to the ongoing development of the digital systems in maternity services.
