Customer relationship management Forge strong internal relationships with operations, engineering, purchasing, and finance to develop a thorough understanding of the business Product content and manufacturing understanding to facilitate the commercial submissions Manage Sales Account with P&L responsibility via pricing maintenance and profitability ownership Engineering change management including technical understanding of changes, timely presentation of cost impacts and negotiation to close at a profitable level Negotiate complex series projects and contracts with customers Improve, monitor, and track programme profitability (margin improvement) from award to SOP Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to streamline processes and improve efficiency Maintain internal reporting such as plant improvement plans, growth plans, budget preparation Report out programme commercial status to senior level Support material excess management Qualifications:
