Provide specialist advice and guidance on academic quality assurance procedures, policies, and regulatory compliance. Manage the delivery and continuous development of programme administration and student services within the Faculty of Health. Coordinate programme approval, review panels, and associated documentation, ensuring compliance with university and external standards. Support the monitoring of data quality on student administration systems, including oversight of extenuating circumstances and academic offences. Lead and manage the quality team, fostering a culture of flexibility, adaptability, and efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards and deliver high-quality service. Contribute to the management of Assessment Panels, Award Boards, and appeals processes. Deputise for the Faculty Registrar as required, representing the Faculty in meetings and initiatives. This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs. Application Process
