We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Student Records Manager (Student Services) to join our team at Imperial. What you would be doing

As the Student Records Manager (Student Services), you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of student-facing services within the Student Records team. Collaborating with the Student Hub and other professional services, you will ensure seamless provision of high-quality services to students, such as issuing official documents, managing DBS checks, and confirming enrolment to third parties like the Student Loans Company and Transport for London. This role also includes oversight of data quality and the maintenance of student personal details, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will play a key part in advancing the university’s vision of delivering an excellent experience for students, supported by empowered teams and integrated systems. What we are looking for

Oversee the delivery of student services, including official documentation, confirmation of enrolment to various stakeholders, and DBS checks. Work closely with the Student Hub and other central services to ensure an integrated and student-centric approach. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and maintenance of student records, including personal details. Identify opportunities for enhancing student-facing services and lead the implementation of improvements. Ensure compliance with university policies and external regulations, while maintaining accurate records for internal and external reporting needs. This is a full-time, open-ended post. Registry staff will be relocating to a new Professional Services Hub in White City in Spring 2025. The role will be based at the new hub. Staff are expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week on campus. Candidates are required to complete an online application - CVs only will not be considered.
