We operate in 150 countries on 5 continents. With 36 international brands and 86,000 employees worldwide, we're well on our way to fulfilling our common purpose: to create beauty that moves the world.

In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We're the founding Division for the L'Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.

As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. You will create, execute, and deliver education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues. You will report to the L'Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager and work closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons.

You will:

Deliver education expertise within a salon or beauty environment. Inspire others to maximize their performance through colour and retail. Maintain high standards and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Stay away from home and may be required to travel on a Sunday evening. Define your own role and constantly look for ways to exceed your objectives. Keep up to date with current trends and demonstrate commercial awareness.

You have:

Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations and Classes. NQV Level 2 & 3. Exceptional confidence and strong communication skills. Experience of building relationships with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Passion for the haircare/skin care industry. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a demanding environment.

You show:

Ambition and a self-driven attitude. Judgement and strategic thinking. Resilience and ownership mindset. Empathy and the ability to create genuine relationships. Learning agility and openness to new experiences.

We put people development and learning at the heart of our business; we'll help you master your role, develop your technical expertise and benefit from exceptional management and leadership programmes. Looking for a good work/life balance? With our new hybrid working scheme, you can take a flexible approach to work.

At L'Oréal, we take pride in creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome and their contributions are valued.
