Learning Development and Support , this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience while supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). In this role, you'll provide essential support to students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), and physical disabilities. While a teaching qualification is not required, a background in education is essential for understanding how best to support these vulnerable students. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with their learning in a variety of SEND school settings. Provide one-to-one and small group support, tailored to the individual needs of the students. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Work closely with teaching staff to implement educational plans. Support students in their social, emotional, and behavioural development. Encourage independence and positive learning outcomes. Requirements: A degree in an education-based subject (e.g., Education and Special Educational Needs, Early Childhood Studies, Learning Development and Support). Passion for working with young people, especially those with SEND. Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual student needs. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
