Recruitment Consultant
to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing high-quality education professionals in roles ranging from primary and secondary teaching positions to support staff roles. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a talent for building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with schools, academies, and colleges. Source and screen candidates for teaching and support roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct interviews and match candidates to suitable job opportunities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and compliance checks. Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets. Stay informed on trends in education and recruitment to advise clients and candidates effectively. What We re Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment ( must be in Education sector ) OR a background in education with a desire to move into recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals. Familiarity with compliance and safeguarding requirements in the education sector. A proactive and resilient approach to challenges. What We Offer: Good base salary with uncapped commission.
