We recruit for Primary and Secondary Teachers and Education Specialists for long term, day-to-day and permanent positions, working with schools in the South of England, London, and the home counties. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success within this division. This exciting opportunity involves engaging with Teachers, assisting them in discovering their ideal roles within schools. This position demands a resilient and strategic professional who is well-organised, process-driven, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with schools/MATs and candidates. Forecasting Business: Analysing client needs for strategic planning. Sourcing and Head Hunting: Identify talent through a variety of sources and networking. Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to understand clients' needs. Fulfilling the recruitment needs of our client schools and multi-academy trusts. Marketing candidates: Proactively marketing our candidates to potential clients via phone calls and email. Key Skills: Proactive with a passion for their work. Excellent communication and methodical approach. Comfortable meeting with and presenting to clients. Resilient, well-organised, and strategic. Honest, hard-working, and passionate. For this position, we are ideally looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 months of experience in recruitment. Why choose Dunbar Education?
