Bachelor's degree holder with a 2:1 or above At least 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment. You must have phone based experience. Understanding of the UK education system Strong verbal and written communication skills Presentable appearance and professional demeanour Desire for a long-term career in recruitment Self-motivated with initiative Track record of success in both employment and education Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with good interpersonal skills Confident in conducting interviews and engaging with senior stakeholders Empathetic towards job seekers.
