Work with many schools across the UK, many of which choose Schools Mutual Services as their exclusive recruitment partner. Business Development & Relationship Building:
Use marketing, networking, and business development strategies to attract and maintain partnerships with client schools. School Visits for Close Collaboration:
Visit client schools to strengthen relationships and fully understand their unique culture and hiring needs. In-Depth Client Knowledge:
To ensure effective candidate matching, develop a deep understanding of client schools’ values, culture, and environments. Utilising Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Leverage social platforms to promote roles, attract high-calibre candidates, and engage with the teaching community. Proactive Candidate Sourcing:
Identify and reach out to potential candidates who may already be employed, using headhunting techniques. Candidate Matching & Database Management:
Use our candidate database to connect schools with the most suitable candidates for their vacancies. Managing Applications & Shortlisting:
Receive and review applications, conduct interviews, and create tailored shortlists for clients. Reference Checks & Suitability Assessments:
Request references and verify candidate suitability prior to submission to client schools. Candidate Briefing:
Inform candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits to ensure alignment with their career goals. Preparation of CVs & Correspondence:
Prepare professional CVs and correspondence to present to clients for each recommended candidate. Interview Scheduling:
Organise interviews between candidates and client schools, ensuring clear communication and coordination. Feedback & Result Updates:
Communicate interview outcomes to candidates, keeping them informed at every stage. Using Salesforce for Booking Management:
Manage bookings and track recruitment activities through our Salesforce system. Coordinating Sponsorship Initiatives:
