Education Recruitment Consultant, no recruitment experience needed, strong sales background is a plus. - Up to £30,000 per annum - this is negotiable for the right candidate. - Role based in Lincoln, 4 days in the office and 1 from home. Education Recruitment Consultant is required for an award-winning, well-established leading education recruiter based in Lincoln. You'll be joining a friendly, conscientious and successful team of recruiters who strive to place the best teaching talent across various local locations in Lincolnshire. You'll have a warm desk to kick start your journey, as well as having the full support of your team and Manager to drive business and be the best you! The ideal candidate does not have to have recruitment experience; we are open to seeing candidates that come from any sales or business development background. Full training and support will be provided. What We Offer:
Starting salary of up to £30,000 p.a. plus uncapped commission. A rewarding commission structure with up to 20% of billings and yearly accelerator bonus payments. Quarterly events and annual trips to stunning destinations for our top-performing consultants; the last two trips were to Dubai and Jamaica.
