As part of our growth strategy, we are actively seeking talented and self-driven Education Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in Cambridge. We are on the search for experienced local consultants!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with schools and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs. Recruit, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable teaching positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Work towards achieving and exceeding set targets.

Requirements:

Reside in Cambridgeshire or willing to relocate. Demonstrated self-drive and motivation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in education recruitment or a related field is desirable. Passion for contributing to the education sector.
