Position: Education Recruitment Senior Manager Location: London On behalf of our trusted client partner, Equal Education Partners is seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Senior Manager to join their growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for education professionals, focusing on driving growth and enhancing our partnerships with schools across London and the Home Counties. As a specialist education recruitment consultancy, our client has established a strong reputation for their ethical approach and commitment to excellence in service delivery. They work in close collaboration with schools, colleges, and government bodies to fulfill their recruitment needs while raising standards in education. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the education recruitment team, providing leadership and support to ensure excellent service delivery. Develop strategic recruitment plans to meet the needs of client schools and institutions. Identify and engage top teaching talent to fulfill both short-term and long-term roles in schools. Build and maintain effective relationships with existing client schools while developing new business opportunities. Collaborate with other departments, including compliance, marketing, and candidate resourcing, to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Monitor recruitment metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Act as a mentor and coach for junior recruitment consultants, fostering their professional development. Requirements Essential Qualities: A proven track record in education recruitment or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and candidates. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and resourcefulness in talent sourcing. A commitment to ethical practices and raising standards in education. Prior Experience: Experience managing a team in a recruitment setting. Proven success in business development and client management. Experience using Recruitment Management Systems and CRM tools. A background in education or a related sector is preferred but not essential. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
