We are working with this excellent national law firm in their recruitment for an education solicitor to join their busy education law team. This education law solicitor will be based in their office in Cardiff.
As the successful education solicitor, you will be managing a caseload of admissions appeals, school exclusions, complaints, school transport, and university disputes for a range of clients. Your matters will have a particular focus on SEN cases, working with clients, schools, experts, local authorities, and the Court service.
You must have completed at least a litigation training seat with an interest in education law. Training will be provided to candidates who don't have education experience.
