Protocol Education are looking to recruit Education Support Workers for day-to-day and short-term assignments throughout the academic year in the Lincolnshire area. We work closely with several schools in the local area and there is a frequent need for support staff for temporary work. These assignments can often lead to long-term and permanent opportunities but also offer flexibility for those only looking for part-time hours. What does the role involve? Working 1-1, 1-2 and with small groups of pupils Helping pupils to engage and participate in lessons Support learning and development across the school The school is a really friendly and supportive place to work, with plenty of opportunities for career development and upskilling yourself.
