Genuine passion for working with students with special needs. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each student. Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
