Education Support Worker , you will collaborate with teachers to create a

nurturing and inclusive learning environment , ensuring every student receives the

guidance and encouragement they need to succeed . Responsibilities of the Education Support Worker: Provide individual and small-group support to students. Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Support students with their learning and development needs. Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing learning environment.

Requirements of the Education Support Worker: Experience working with children or young people (desirable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient and supportive approach to working with students. An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies. Eligibility to work in the UK.
