As a non-contact

Educational Leader

you will play an influential role in promoting positive outcomes for children and families as well as ensuring that children’s learning and development is guided by the learning outcomes of approved learning frameworks. You will embody the Harmony vision, mission, and values, and will crucially support the Nominated Supervisor to implement a holistic approach to the care and development of children, encouraging investigation, creativity and exploration of their environment.

We pride ourselves on our exceptional Leadership structure consisting of a full-time Centre Director, responsible for evaluating and driving effective centre business performance and a full-time Relationship Manager, responsible for all enrolment management and family engagement.

The Centre

Harmony Springfield is located at the heart of the vibrant, multicultural Springfield community, providing care for 124 children. A rapidly expanding area near Brisbane, Springfield’s infrastructure is well-suited for families with excellent transportation options, housing availability, and access to shopping, dining, and healthcare. It offers the ideal situation of being able to enjoy a balanced lifestyle with the conveniences of a major city just a short drive away. About You

A role of great significance and importance, you will: Lead the development and implementation of an effective and responsive educational program in consultation with children, families and your team. Have the ability to interact with children as confident, capable learners with voices to be respected. Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA Approved Qualification), or working towards. Come and work with us!
