Educational Mental Health Practitioner , you'll have the unique opportunity to: Deliver Therapeutic Support : Provide targeted interventions for students with SEMH, autism, ADHD, and trauma-related challenges. Build Resilience : Help students develop emotional resilience, self-regulation, and positive mental health through evidence-based strategies. Collaborate Across the School : Work with teachers, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students' mental health. Champion Mental Health Awareness : Foster a school-wide culture of well-being and mental health awareness. What the School Is Looking For Qualified Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP)

or similar qualification in mental health or therapeutic support. Proven experience in delivering

mental health interventions

to children and young people, particularly those with complex needs. Excellent

communication skills , with a compassionate, empathetic approach. A
